The hospital cleaners went on strike on Monday fronting a five months spell without pay yet on duty thus bring fear to the health of the patients if left minus receiving their services.

Some of the patients that have talked to this site; have criticized the poor sanitation of the area with latrines that are out of use, dirty treatment wards and medics who have left the vicinity until the situation is back to normal, fearing for their own dear lives.

Speaking to the hospital liaison officer, Muhindo Louis has admitted the current state of the hospital with dirty latrines asserting that the hospital uses latrines not toilets which get full easily because of the high population in the area but are working hand in hand to solve the problem.
